Vintage 1930’s Alfred Meakin Tea Cup – Brighton Pattern
The Brighton pattern was released by Alfred Meakin, Tunstall and displays a lovely bright multi-coloured floral pattern with an embossed detail on a 18ct gold trimmed scalloped rim.
Alfred Meakin operated from 1875 at the Royal Albert, Victoria and Highgate Potteries in Tunstall.

The tea cup has fading of the gold trim on the rim, aside from which it is in very good vintage condition with no damages noted.
