



Vintage 1950's James Kent Ltd. Fine Porcelain “Apple Blossom” Scalloped Bowl
A fine porcelain bowl manufactured by James Kent Ltd, Longton, during the 1950’s and decorated in a bright and colourful floral chintz pattern, which is officially titled the “Apple Orchards” pattern. The apple orchard pattern has seen releases throughout the 1960’s-70’s, but was discontinued in the 1980’s. The bowl has been manufactured with fluted sides and a scalloped rim, which has gold trim.
Stamped underneath: James Kent Ltd, Longton, Made in England, Apple Blossom.
The bowl has fading of the gold trim on the rim, aside from which it is in excellent condition.
Height of rim: 3.5 cm, Oval base: 9.6 cm x 7.4 cm, Length: 21 cm, Width: 16.2 cm
