The item is a porcelain soup tureen with double handles, manufactured under the South African Regent Brand as part of their Jazz series. The Jazz series displays a gently embossed series of waved linear motifs along the outer surface of the tureen (not visible on the pictures) and the tureen has also been designed with an art deco appearance.
The tureen is stamped underneath Regent Jazz Series, Dishwasher Safe, Microwave Safe.
Unfortunately this soup tureen comes without its original lid; however the tureen itself is in pristine condition.
