


1970’s French Arcopal Smoked Glass Casserole / Baking Dish
Arcopal dinnerware is break-proof, tempered glassware which includes a fire-glazed finish. The material is 100% non-porous and fully tempered to resist thermal pressure. It was fabricated by the French company ARC International in 1958. It is often referred to as the French version of Pyrex.
This item is the smoked glass version of the French Arcopal Bakeware range manufactured during the 1970’s. A vintage casserole / baking dish designed with handles along the longitudinal ends.
The dish is marked underneath the handle Arcopal France.
The dish has general age related wear, due to use, but is still in very good usable condition.
