





1950’s Vintage Royal Stafford Fine Bone China Tea Trio (Cup, Saucer & Tea Plate) – Pattern 8171 (Dainty Pansies)
Royal Stafford China brand name has had many owners since it was first used by Thomas Poole c1900. but the production of fine bone china continued through to 1992 and is to this day still recognised in all corners of the globe for its commitment to enduring quality and beauty.
The item is a beautiful tea trio consisting of the tea plate, tea cup and matching saucer decorated in the Royal Stafford pattern 8171, which depicts dainty hand painted pansy flowers and other small flowers on a crisp white background. The tea plate is squared. All the items are scalloped with 22kt gold trim on rims, feet, verges as well as on the inside the rims of the cups.
The items are stamped underneath Royal Stafford Bone China Made in England.
Aside from slight rubbing of the gold trim and the cup having a short hairline on the rim (from rim a ¼ way down the tea cup), the trio is in good vintage condition.
