The item is a rare Midwinter Porcelon Burslem dessert bowl decorated with pastel blue and yellow block rim and block flowers in a modernist style. The pattern was released by Midwinter during the 1930’s in blue and yellow as well as red and yellow and is a very rare pattern by Midwinter.

Besides feint age related crazing the bowl is in very good condition with no other damages noted.
